We opened our Seafood Bar in 2017, inside an old Market Hall (Vanha Kauppahalli) right after its total reconstruction.
Old Market Hall was built more than 130 years ago on a market square in the center of Helsinki. There is a ferry terminal, Cathedral square and a bunch of historical buildings nearby, that host city’s municipality, presidential office and a Swedish embassy.

Seafood Bar Helsinki was founded as a fast-food place dedicated to a sea-food lovers. We use only fresh ingredients with strict quality-control.

It’s a family friendly restaurant. Where each family member can easily find something they like. That’s why our menu selection is so broad. Every new season we offer new meals and drinks in our restaurant. We keep in mind local favourites and value requests from our frequent visitors. That helps us to grow and makes our menu more diverse.

Seafood Bar is a family-owned business, and everyone in our family is contributing to make it happen.

For example - Alexander (my dad) - developed overall concept and managing structure of this restaurant.

Diana (my mom) - is the one who adds variety to our meals selection and advocates diversity in our menu.

Maxim (my brother) - is helping with with technical support, also it was his idea to add baked potato with different ingredients.

Maria (my sister) and her lovely daughters are helping us with fresh ideas and daily inspiration on how to be better versions of ourselves.

And me, Artem - I’m the one who is making this very website to help them out.
